WGRZ Channel 2’s “Did You Know,”

For the last few months, we have been featured on WGRZ Channel 2’s “Did You Know,” Moments. They are minute-long stories that highlight our business in connection with community concerns and celebrations, as well as significant dates in history.

We began with a salute to Native American Heritage Month in November. For Women’s History Month in March, we highlighted the appointment of Deb Haaland as the Secretary of the Interior and the role of Native Women in the Women’s Suffrage Movement.

In April, we put a spotlight on Dr. Raul Vazquez, and his determination to vaccinate black, brown and Native People, and our own Nicole Seneca, who founded the It Takes a Tribe nonprofit, which supports foster care children and those who help them.

This month, our May moments honored Foster Care Month, with a feature on It Takes A Tribe, and Mental Health Awareness Month, with a feature on one of our health care partners, Harmonia Collaborative Care.

These “Did You Know” Moments are broadcast at all times of the day and we’ve received a lot of nice feedback from those of you who have enjoyed them. If you haven’t had a chance to catch them, you can find all the segments on our YouTube Page:
